Project Information

Position Details

Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification: M.Tech in Geomatics, Remote Sensing and GIS, or Hydrology with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering. GATE qualification is mandatory.
• Desirable Qualification: Prior experience in hydrological modelling, geospatial analysis, and SAR data analysis. Basic knowledge of cryosphere/glaciology will be considered suitable.

Job Description

The selected candidate will be involved in research focused on glaciology, cryosphere studies, snowmelt runoff modelling, and geospatial analysis. The role may include field visits in the Himalayan region for data collection.
