Job Responsibilities

The Academic Assistant / Academic Associate will be responsible for assisting faculty members in various academic and administrative tasks including, but not limited to:

• Assisting faculty in teaching activities, including evaluation, development of courses, and teaching material
• Marking attendance and evaluating participation in class
• Invigilation duties
• Supporting research and consultancy projects
• Assisting in Management Development Programs (MDPs)
• Providing secretarial assistance
• Other academic activities as assigned by the Institute from time to time

Additional Important Information

The appointments are purely contractual and based on a one-year term, renewable annually subject to satisfactory performance and the institute's requirements. Generally, the contract is limited to a maximum of three years.
