Job Responsibilities

The Academic Assistant / Academic Associate will be responsible for assisting faculty members in various academic and administrative tasks including, but not limited to:

Assisting faculty in teaching activities, including evaluation, development of courses, and teaching material
Marking attendance and evaluating participation in class
Invigilation duties
Supporting research and consultancy projects
Assisting in Management Development Programs (MDPs)
Providing secretarial assistance
Other academic activities as assigned by the Institute from time to time

Additional Important Information

The appointments are purely contractual and based on a one-year term, renewable annually subject to satisfactory performance and the institute's requirements. Generally, the contract is limited to a maximum of three years.
