Job Responsibilities
The Academic Assistant / Academic Associate will be responsible for assisting faculty members in various academic and administrative tasks including, but not limited to:
- Assisting faculty in teaching activities, including evaluation, development of courses, and teaching material
- Marking attendance and evaluating participation in class
- Invigilation duties
- Supporting research and consultancy projects
- Assisting in Management Development Programs (MDPs)
- Providing secretarial assistance
- Other academic activities as assigned by the Institute from time to time
Additional Important Information
The appointments are purely contractual and based on a one-year term, renewable annually subject to satisfactory performance and the institute's requirements. Generally, the contract is limited to a maximum of three years.
