Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience (Any one of the following):

Diploma in DMLT or Transfusion Medicine or Blood Bank Technology after 10+2 with one year experience in the testing of blood and/or its components in a licensed Blood Centre.
Degree in M.L.T. or Blood Bank Technology with six months experience in the testing of blood and/or its components in a licensed Blood Centre.
B.Sc. in Hematology and Transfusion Medicine with six months experience in the testing of blood and/or its components in a licensed Blood Centre.
M.Sc. in Transfusion Medicine with six months experience in the testing of blood and/or its components in a licensed Blood Centre.
P.G.D in M.L.T. with six months experience in the testing of blood and/or its components in a licensed Blood Centre.

Experience: Experience is reckoned on post-qualification only.

Original certificates and one set of self-attested copies of all certificates (Education, Experience/Relieving, and last 3 months’ Payslips)
