• For AGM (Legal): Degree in Law (LLB or 5-year integrated) + minimum 18 years of experience
• For DGM (Technical): Full-time Engineering Degree + 15 years of post-qualification experience
• For Managers: CA/ICWA/PG/MBA/Engineering graduates with 9 years of relevant experience
• For Deputy Manager (Fire & Safety): Degree + experience in Fire & Safety field

Note: All qualifications must be from recognized universities/institutes.

• Internal Candidates: 5 years relaxation in age + 1 year relaxation in experience
• SC/ST/OBC/PwBD: Relaxation as per Government of India rules
• Ex-servicemen: Age relaxation equivalent to years of military service, not exceeding prescribed age limit by more than 3 years
