Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University in India
- Computer qualification (any one):
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science
- O Level Certificate (NIELIT/DOEACC)
- CCC Certificate
Skills Required
- Knowledge of data entry
- Word processing skills
- Computer operation knowledge
- Typing speed: 25 words per minute (English)
Preferential Qualification
- NCC ‘B’ Certificate holders
- Territorial Army service of minimum 2 years

- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 35 years
Computer Assistant
- Minimum Age: 18 years

Age Relaxation
- SC/ST/OBC (Uttar Pradesh): 5 years
- Dependents of Freedom Fighters: 5 years
- Sports Quota (Uttar Pradesh): 5 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 3 years (after service deduction)
- Persons with Disabilities: up to 15 years
