The selected candidate will work under a research project sponsored by the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India. The appointment is temporary and will be governed by the rules and service conditions of the Office of the Dean (Research & Consultancy), Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad.

Selection Process

1. Applications will be scrutinized and candidates will be shortlisted based on merit and project requirements.
2. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
3. The interview will be conducted in hybrid mode.
4. Final selection will depend on qualifications, experience, and performance in the interview.

Tenure of Appointment

The appointment will initially be made on a contractual basis for a period of one year. The tenure may be extended on a yearly basis depending upon the performance evaluation of the candidate and the duration of the project.
