Desirable Qualifications (For All Posts)

Minimum 3 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC CARE listed journals
Experience of coaching for UPSC / State PSC Civil Services examinations
Qualified UPSC / SPSC Preliminary (Group-A) examination in the past
Ability to teach Preliminary and Mains syllabus
Working knowledge of computers and ICT tools
