Base Salary / Honorarium
₹140 per hour (maximum 5 hours per working day). Maximum limit: ₹15,000 per month. Subject to revision as per Government orders. Appointment is purely contractual and does not guarantee any service benefits.

Application Process
Application forms can be obtained from the office of the Principal, Government ITI Kawardha, or downloaded from the district website kawardha.gov.in. Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format, clearly filled, with all enclosures.
Submission can be made either:
- In person at the Principal Office, Government ITI Kawardha
- By post to the official address mentioned in the notification
Eligibility Criteria
For Fitter Trade
- Passed High School (10th/11th equivalent).
- National Trade Certificate (NTC) or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in relevant trade.
- Preference for candidates with CITS/NCIC certification.
- Higher qualification such as Diploma/Degree in relevant Engineering stream is also valid.
For Workshop Calculation & Science and Engineering Drawing
- Passed High School (10th/11th equivalent).

- Preference for candidates with CITS/NCIC certification.
- Higher qualification such as Diploma/Degree in relevant Engineering stream is also valid.
Age Limit
The minimum age for applicants should not be less than 18 years as of the last date of application submission.
Reservation Details
Candidates must be a native of Chhattisgarh state. Reservation will be applicable as per state government rules. Domicile certificate and caste certificate (if applicable) must be attached with the application.
Application Fees
Candidates must submit an affidavit (शपथ पत्र) on ₹50 stamp paper duly notarized along with the application form.
Selection Process
- Merit list will be prepared based on educational qualification and technical eligibility.
- Preference will be given to candidates with CITS/NCIC certification.
- Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications and technical skills.
- Skill test will be conducted where applicable (e.g., Stenographer typing/shorthand test).
- Final selection list will be published by ITI Kawardha after scrutiny.

Other Important Information
- Maximum remuneration is capped at ₹15,000 per month even if hourly rates exceed this limit.
- Guest Lecturer appointment is not permanent employment and carries no service benefits.
- If any selected candidate remains absent for assigned classes, selection will be canceled automatically.
- The selection list will remain valid only for the training sessions 2025–26 and 2025–27.
- In case of any disputes, the decision of the Regional Office (Durg) will be final and binding.
