Second Class Post Graduate Degree in relevant discipline
Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience
Ph.D. relaxation allowed in deserving cases

Upper Division Clerk (UDC)

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university
Desirable knowledge of computers, statistical software, and accounts
