Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Professor
- Master’s Degree in Demography / Population Studies / Statistics / Biostatistics / Economics / Mathematics / Sociology / Social Work / Geography / Psychology / Anthropology.
- If the Master’s Degree is not in Demography/Population Studies, the candidate must have completed a one-year regular course in Demography/Population Studies at a recognized institution or university.
- Qualifications and requirements as per UGC Guidelines (2018).
Research Investigator
- At least 2nd Class Post Graduate Degree in Demography / Population Studies / Statistics / Economics / Mathematics / Sociology / Social Work / Psychology / Anthropology / Geography.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Computer Applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, SPSS, R-Programming.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data collection, analysis, and report writing (relaxable for candidates with higher qualifications).
Age Limit
- Assistant Professor: Not above 55 years as on the date of application.
- Research Investigator: Not above 38 years as on the date of application.
