Eligibility Criteria
Junior Faculty
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant Design / Management / Retail / Fashion fields
- Minimum 55% marks required
- Experience: 1 to 3 years (academic or industry depending on post)
- Preference for candidates with design software skills (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Maya, Shoemaster, SolidWorks, etc.)
Junior Lab Assistant
- Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th / 12th pass depending on post
- Practical experience in footwear, garment or leather design
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred/required
- Must have hands-on skills in sewing, pattern making or machine operation
Age Limit
Maximum age limit for all positions: 35 years (as per vacancy rules)
Salary / Remuneration
- Junior Faculty: ₹50,000 per month
- Academic Support / Lab Assistant: ₹30,000 per month
- No HRA, LTC, medical or additional benefits
- Casual leave: 2 per month (non-carry forward beyond tenure)
- Pro-rata payment applicable for partial months

Tenure & Terms

Duties & Responsibilities
- Teaching and academic support activities
- Student evaluation and project assessment
- Lab management and documentation
- ERP attendance reporting
- Maintaining discipline and academic standards
- Additional duties assigned by HOD/management
