Base Salary
The cost to company (CTC) per annum would be:
- Minimum: ₹4.59 Lakh per annum
- Maximum: ₹6.19 Lakh per annum
Selected candidates will also be covered under the National Pension Scheme (NPS) and will be eligible for other benefits like gratuity, concessional loans, medical insurance coverage for self and dependents, etc.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE approved).
- Minimum 50% aggregate in Class X, Class XII/Diploma, and Graduation.
- Final results must be declared on or before 1st August 2025.
- Work experience in BFSI sector desirable.
- Valid Indian Driving License (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) required. Learner’s license not accepted.
- Preferably should have own vehicle for travel.
- Nationality: Only Indian citizens can apply.
- Domicile Restriction: Gujarat, Telangana, West Bengal, and Delhi NCR only.
Age Limit
Candidates must not exceed 27 years of age (born on or after 1st August 1998).
Reservation Details

Application Fees

Selection Process
The selection process will consist of:
- Centre Based Online Aptitude Test (50 marks, 45 minutes) with 5 sections:
- Sales Aptitude – 10 Questions (10 Marks)
- Logical Reasoning – 10 Questions (10 Marks)
- Computer Awareness – 10 Questions (10 Marks)
- English Proficiency – 10 Questions (10 Marks)
- General Knowledge – 10 Questions (10 Marks)
- Behavioral Assessment of 15 minutes (mandatory).
- Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates.
Each stage is elimination based. Marks and ratings will remain confidential and not disclosed.
Other Important Instructions
- Candidates should not have any criminal record.
- Onboarding is subject to medical fitness, satisfactory police verification, clean credit history (CIBIL/Experian), and reference checks.
- Bank reserves the right to modify selection process at its discretion.
- Requests for change in date, session, or center will not be entertained.
