Reservation Details
- Reservation for UR, OBC, SC, ST, and EWS as per vacancy chart
- OBC candidates must submit Non-Creamy Layer certificate issued within the past one year

- All certificates must be in prescribed Government of India formats

Application Fee
Selected candidates must submit a Refundable Security Deposit of ₹10,000 via Demand Draft or Banker’s Cheque in favour of "ESIC Fund A/c No. 1", payable at Rudrapur.

- No TA/DA for interview or joining
- Joining must be immediate or as per the offer letter date
- Private practice is not allowed for Senior Residents
- Must sign Terms & Conditions Agreement on ₹100 stamp paper
- Contract is purely temporary and non-regularizable
- Professional indemnity insurance is mandatory for Specialists
- Hostel accommodation and uniform are not provided
- Vacancies may be changed or cancelled at any stage without notice
- Candidates who already completed 3 years of SR under Central Residency Scheme are not eligible
- Selected candidates must furnish professional indemnity insurance within 7 days of engagement
