The Uttarakhand Forest Department has invited applications for the contractual engagement of Working Plan Associates under the Working Plan Officer, Tarai Central Forest Division, Rudrapur. Eligible candidates having an M.Sc. in Botany, Zoology, Forestry, Wildlife or Soil Sciences can apply before the last date.

Recruitment Overview

Educational Qualification

• M.Sc. in Botany, Zoology, Forestry, Wildlife or Soil Sciences with at least 60% marks (First Division).
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in forestry, wildlife research, biodiversity surveys, GIS and GPS handling.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 35 Years (as on 01 January 2026)
• Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Women as per Uttarakhand Government Rules.
