Remuneration / Salary Details

• For retired pensionable government employees: Consolidated pay equal to last pay drawn minus pension drawn.
• For non-pensionable employees (from PSUs, autonomous bodies, etc.):
  • Executive Engineer (Civil): ₹55,000 per month
  • Junior Engineer (Civil): ₹33,630 per month
• Eligible for TA/DA for official tours as applicable to regular Executive Engineers / Junior Engineers.

Employment Type and Tenure

Engagement is on a contractual basis.

Tenure: 1 year initially, extendable on yearly basis depending on performance or until regular incumbent is appointed, whichever is earlier. No extension beyond 65 years of age.

Eligibility Criteria

• Executive Engineer (Civil): Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institution. Candidate should have retired as Executive Engineer (Civil) or above from Central/State PWD, CPSUs, or PSUs.
• Junior Engineer (Civil): Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institution. Candidate should have retired as Junior Engineer (Civil) or above from Central/State PWD, CPSUs, or PSUs.

Maximum age limit is 64 years as on 25.09.2025.

• Selected candidates must sign an Agreement as per ESIC HQ letter dated 08.03.2018.

• Two self-attested passport-size photographs required (name in capital letters on back).
