- Mode of Application: Physical attendance at the Walk-in Interview.
- Reporting Schedule: Candidates must report between 09:00 AM and 10:30 AM on their respective departmental interview dates.
- Venue Address: ESIC Hospital, Near Police Line, Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand - 263153.
- Required Documents: Candidates must appear with the completed application form in the prescribed proforma along with:
- Original documents and certificates supporting Date of Birth, Educational Qualifications, MCI/Dental Council Registrations, and Experience.

- Valid Category / Caste Certificate (OBC / SC / ST / EWS) in the format prescribed by the Government of India.

Selection Process
The recruitment and selection will be executed through the following stages:
- Document Verification & Registration: Scrutiny of original certificates, qualification documents, and identity verification conducted during the reporting window (09:00 AM – 10:30 AM).
- Walk-in Interview: Eligible candidates will be evaluated and interviewed by the designated Selection Committee on the scheduled date.
- Final Merit Listing: Preparation of the final merit list based on performance in the interview, clinical expertise, and qualification credentials.
