Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Recruitment 2025

The positions are contractual for an initial period of one year, extendable up to three years based on satisfactory performance or until the regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.

• Walk-in Interview Date: 12 November 2025 (09:00 AM onwards)
• Venue: Conference Hall, Ground Floor, ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Noida (UP)
• Rolling Advertisement: Periodic interviews every month for six months starting November 2025.
• Vacancy Publication: First & Third Wednesday of each month on the official website.
• Interview Schedule: Conducted on Second & Fourth Wednesday of every month.

1. Eligible candidates must attend the walk-in interview in person.
2. Carry a duly filled prescribed application form and one set of self-attested documents along with originals for verification.
3. No candidate will be entertained after 11:00 AM.
4. Applications must be submitted on the day of the interview only.

Professor

• Qualification (Medical): MD/MS/DNB in the concerned subject.
• Qualification (Non-Medical): M.Sc. (Medical Anatomy) with PhD in Medical Anatomy.
• Experience: 3 years as Associate Professor with at least 4 research publications (2 as Associate Professor).
• Training: Basic Course in Medical Education Technology and Biomedical Research.
• Maximum Age: 67 years as on interview date.

Associate Professor

• Qualification (Medical): MD/MS/DNB in the concerned subject.
• Qualification (Non-Medical): Anatomy – M.Sc. (Medical Anatomy) with PhD; Physiology – M.Sc. (Medical Physiology) with PhD.
• Experience: 4 years as Assistant Professor with 2 research publications.
• Training: Basic Course in Medical Education Technology and Biomedical Research.
• Maximum Age: 67 years as on interview date.

Assistant Professor

• Qualification (Medical): MD/MS/DNB in concerned subject.
• Qualification (Non-Medical): Physiology – M.Sc. (Medical Physiology) with PhD; Pharmacology – M.Sc. (Medical Pharmacology) with PhD.
• Experience: 1 year as Senior Resident after PG (essential) and 3 years as Tutor/Registrar/Lecturer (desirable).
• Maximum Age: 67 years as on interview date.

Note: Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Selection through walk-in interview before a duly constituted Selection Board.
• The decision of the Selection Board is final and binding.
• If no candidate appears for a reserved category, UR candidates may be selected temporarily for 44 days.

• Contractual engagement can be terminated by either party with one month’s notice.
• No private practice is allowed in any capacity.
• Selected candidates must deposit ₹30,000/- as a security deposit via Demand Draft.
• No TA/DA or hostel accommodation will be provided.
• Retired candidates from Central/State Govt./PSU are eligible to apply.
• Service in recognized private medical institutions will be considered if eligibility is fulfilled.
• All updates, corrigenda, and addenda will be available only on the official ESIC website.
• Wrong or false declarations will lead to cancellation of candidature.
• OBC candidates must present a recent certificate (not older than one year).
• Applicants in service must submit a “No Objection Certificate” at the time of interview.
