Application Process
Interested and eligible candidates must attend the walk-in selection process. Candidates are required to:
- Download the application form from www.ecil.co.in
- Fill the application form and attach the updated resume
- Carry original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies
- Report at the venue between 09:00 AM and 11:30 AM only
Documents Required:
- 10th class certificate or school leaving certificate (DOB proof)
- Educational qualification certificates and marksheets
- CGPA to percentage conversion certificate (if applicable)
- Experience certificates clearly stating duration and post held
- Appointment letter and salary slips (if currently employed)
- Caste/EWS/Disability certificates as applicable
- Government-issued identity proof (Aadhar, Passport, etc.)
- Discharge certificate (for Ex-Servicemen) or relevant proof for J&K domicile relaxation
Eligibility Criteria
- For Project Engineer: B.E. / B.Tech. with minimum 60% (50% for SC/ST) + 3 years post-qualification experience
- For Technical Officer: B.Sc. with minimum 60% (50% for SC/ST) + 1 year post-qualification experience
- All degrees must be from recognized Indian universities/institutions
- Experience from internships/projects will not be considered
Age Limit
- Project Engineer: Max 33 years (UR)
- Technical Officer: Max 30 years (UR)
- OBC: +3 years, SC/ST: +5 years
- PwBD: +10 years over applicable category relaxation
- J&K Domicile (01/01/1980 – 31/12/1989): +5 years
Reservation Details
- Reservations for EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India guidelines
- OBC candidates must provide certificate not older than one year with 'Non-Creamy Layer' clause
- SC/ST candidates require minimum 50% marks in qualifying degree
