Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• Upper Age Limit: 44 years
• Age Relaxation: OBC - 3 years, Ex-Servicemen - 5 years, PwD - 10 years, Internal Candidates - up to 7 years, Jammu & Kashmir domicile candidates - 5 years
• Maximum age after all relaxations: 55 years

Application Process

1. Applications must be submitted through online mode only.
2. Candidates working in Government Departments, PSU, or Autonomous Bodies must also forward hard copy through proper channel, preferably within 15 days of online submission.
3. Hard copy should be addressed to DGM (HR & Admin), EdCIL House, Plot No. 18A, Sector-16A, Noida - 201301.
4. Original documents related to age, qualification, and experience must be produced at the time of interview.
5. If application is not forwarded through proper channel, Government / PSU / Autonomous Body candidates must produce NOC at interview stage.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting will be based on the details declared by candidates in the online application.
• Final selection will be through interview.
• Eligibility will be finally confirmed through original document verification at the time of interview.
• EdCIL reserves the right to decide the method of selection depending on the number of applications received.

Selected candidate will receive IDA pay scale of ₹80,000 - ₹2,20,000.

Job Role Summary

• Lead business identification, planning, design, development, and execution activities.
• Build client relationships and networking with government, PSU, and autonomous bodies.
• Prepare project concepts and proposals in education and educational technology sectors.
• Secure national and international projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead proposal development, business leads, and conversion of awards and orders.
• Develop project MIS and marketing initiatives for business growth.

Important Instructions

• Institute / University awarding qualification must be recognized by Central / State Government or AICTE / UGC / AIU.
• Incomplete, false, or incorrect information can lead to disqualification or termination.
• Merely meeting eligibility conditions does not guarantee interview call.
• Outstation candidates appearing for interview will be reimbursed travelling allowance as per company rules.
• Candidates should keep a valid email ID active for recruitment communication.
• All amendments, time extensions, and clarifications will be published only on EdCIL website.
• For CPSE candidates, current pay may be protected if higher; additional increments may be considered in deserving cases.
