Base Salary / Payment Structure
- Local coverage (duration less than 6 hours): ₹1,500 per coverage
- Extended local coverage (more than 6 hours or >10 km apart): Treated as two coverages, second coverage paid ₹1,000
- Outstation coverage (beyond district HQ of empanelment): ₹1,800 per coverage (inclusive of transportation and delivery charges)

- Submit documents supporting academic and technical qualifications, experience, and equipment ownership.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be based in the district they apply for (Alappuzha, Kottayam, Palakkad, Malappuram, Wayanad, Kasargod – Kerala; and UT of Lakshadweep).
- Key person must reside in and continue to reside in the applied district.
- Qualification or experience in cinematography, videography, news gathering, or broadcast journalism is preferred.
- Preference for those owning 4-wheel vehicles and mobile phones.
- Applicants must have necessary equipment (camera, audio, lights, transport, internet, etc.).
- Applicants should not subcontract assigned work unless declared.
- Incorrect or false information will result in disqualification.
