Position Details

Eligibility Criteria

• Full-time B.S./B.Tech./B.E. or equivalent degree
• MBA/PGDM preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/Software/Management domain
• Hands-on experience with project management tools and technologies including open-source tools
• Experience in government setup/projects is desirable
• Strong communication, analytical, research, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in technical RFP preparation, software testing/development, API integration, challenge rounds, website localization, or multimedia design in NLP/AI areas
• Formal qualifications and experience may be relaxed for exceptional candidates

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate onboarding across government departments and internal product teams
2. Manage stakeholder networks and communicate government policies
3. Boost Indian language content on the internet, especially in domains like education, science & technology, law, governance, and healthcare
4. Evaluate project systems and provide updates to decision-makers with dashboard-based monitoring
5. Draft white papers, proposals, manuals, and business communications
6. Manage issue escalation and resolution timelines
7. Develop onboarding strategies and achieve monthly targets
8. Handle letter correspondences, grievance management, RFP preparation, agency onboarding, API development, cloud infrastructure, and capacity building
