Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields (Essential).
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines (Desirable).
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in application development.
- At least 4+ years of experience leading software or AI-based application projects.
- Experience in AI/ML application development, full-stack development, cloud-native systems, and integration of AI models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud deployment, and DevOps practices.
- Experience working with government organizations, public sector projects, or large-scale digital platforms is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and multiple concurrent projects.
- Programming experience in Python, Java, JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Understanding of Responsible AI standards, ethical AI principles, and governance guidelines.
