Eligibility Criteria

System Supervisor (E&M, PST, Telecom, Civil): Diploma (3 years) or B.E./B.Tech. (4 years) in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 4 years’ total professional experience, including 2 years in Metro or Railways. Minimum annual CTC: ₹5,00,000/-. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Mumbai/Maharashtra region.
System Technician: Matriculation/12th with ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in Electrician trade with a minimum of 4 years’ experience, including 2 years in Metro or Railways. Minimum annual CTC: ₹3,00,000/-.
Sr. Supervisor / Finance: CA (Inter) or ICWAI (Inter) with at least 4 years’ experience in Accounts or Finance. Minimum annual CTC: ₹5,00,000/-. Preference to candidates with GST filing and SAP experience.

Selection Process

Medical Fitness Examination (as per DMRC medical standards)

Note: The cost of the first medical examination will be borne by DMRC. In case of re-medical examination, the cost will be borne by the candidate. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the screening or medical examination.

Service Conditions

Engagement will be on a contractual basis; candidates will have no claim for regularization.
Salary is inclusive of all benefits such as housing, transport, medical, LTA, and canteen.
PF deduction @12% of ₹15,000 per month will be applicable as per the EPF Act.
Gratuity will be paid as per the Gratuity Act, considering 65% of CTC as basic pay.
Candidates must serve for a minimum period of 3 years; if resigned earlier, training costs will be recovered on a pro-rata basis.

Character Verification and Training Cost

Engagement is subject to verification of character and antecedents. Selected candidates must serve DMRC for a minimum period of three years. In case of early resignation, the training cost will be recovered on a pro-rata basis depending on the duration served.
