Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 27 years
• Age Relaxation:
• SC/ST candidates: 5 years
• OBC candidates: 3 years
• PWD candidates: 10 years

Reservation Details

• Reservations for SC, ST, OBC, and PWD categories will be applicable as per Government of India guidelines.
• Candidates claiming reservation must submit valid certificates at the time of document verification.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting of candidates will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
2. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
3. Final selection will be subject to verification of documents and medical fitness.
4. No written test or interview will be conducted.

Training Details

• Training Duration: 12 months (1 year)
• Nature of Training: Full-time, on-site practical apprenticeship
• Accommodation: Not provided by DRDO-GTRE. Candidates must arrange their own accommodation.
• Medical Fitness: Candidates must be medically fit as per DRDO standards. Fitness certificate will be required.
• Bond Agreement: Selected candidates may be required to sign a bond for the duration of training.
