Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
• Data Entry Course Certificate from a Government or Government-recognized institution
• Minimum 1 year experience as Data Entry Operator in a recognized institution

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years (as on 01-01-2026)
• Maximum Age: 40 years

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• EWS: 3 years
• Ex-Servicemen: 3 years
• Persons with Disability (40% or above): 10 years
• Widows: 5 years

Application Process

1. Candidates must apply online only through KCSEB official website
2. One Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory for new candidates
3. Already registered candidates can apply via profile login
4. Fill application form carefully and submit online
5. Take printout of submitted application from "My Application"
6. Ensure eligibility before applying

Selection Process

• Online Examination (100 questions, 1 mark each)
• Interview (Maximum 20 marks)
• Minimum 4 marks awarded for attending interview
• Final selection based on Rank List prepared by KCSEB

Application Fees

• General Candidates: ₹150 per institution + ₹50 for each additional institution
• SC/ST Candidates: ₹50 per institution + ₹50 for additional institutions
• GST: 18% extra as per government order (dated 13/08/2024)
