Minimum Qualification: SSLC (10th Pass) or equivalent
- Subordinate Personal Co-operative Training Course / Junior Diploma in Co-operation (JDCo)
- B.Com with Co-operation as optional subject
- Graduation with HDC / HDCM or equivalent cooperative diploma
- B.Sc Agriculture (Co-operation & Banking)
- Any equivalent cooperative qualification recognized by Kerala Cooperative institutions
