Application Process

1. Applications must be submitted in the Standard Form as published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX.
2. Application must be written neatly in Block Letters using a Black or Blue Ball Pen only.
3. The phone number and email address of the candidate must be written on top of the application form in red ink.
4. Attach self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents including:
   - Proof of age
   - Educational qualification certificates
   - Caste certificate
   - Updated Employment Exchange Registration Certificate
   - Experience certificate (if applicable)
   - Two recent passport-size coloured photographs (signed on reverse by the candidate)
5. Filled application along with documents must be dropped in the “Drop Box” placed at the premises of the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Charaideo.
6. Applications sent by post or courier must also be received in the drop box before the closing date. The candidate shall be responsible for any postal or courier delay.
7. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected without any reason.

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of a written examination followed by an interview/viva-voce. Details are as follows:

• Written Examination (100 Marks): The exam will include questions from:
  • General English
  • General Knowledge
  • General Aptitude
  • Reasoning
  • Assamese Language
• Interview / Viva-Voce: Candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for an interview/viva-voce.
• Candidates must produce original testimonials regarding age proof, educational qualification, caste, employment registration certificate, and experience (if any) during verification.
• Government employees must apply through proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the written test or interview.
• Canvassing directly or indirectly will lead to disqualification of candidature.
• The appointing authority reserves the right to cancel, alter, or modify the advertisement or any of its terms and conditions without prior notice.

• Candidates must be Indian citizens as per the Constitution of India.
• No individual call letters will be issued to candidates through any mode.
• List of eligible and rejected candidates, exam date, time, and venue will be published on the official website and displayed on the notice board of the office.
