Eligibility Criteria

Program Coordinator (Quality)

Educational Qualifications:
- First Class BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with 21 years of experience OR
- First Class PG in relevant discipline with 21 years of experience OR
- PG in Engineering/Technology or equivalent degree with 19 years of experience OR
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline with 18 years of experience
Relevant Disciplines: Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communications, Telecommunications, Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Applications
Experience: At least 5 years in relevant technical cum administrative leadership role
Skills Required: Deep experience in CMMI implementations, strong knowledge of quality and process improvement models, and ability to drive a culture of excellence in high-technology R&D organization.

Quality Assurance Manager / Quality Control Manager

Educational Qualifications:
- First Class BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with 11 years of experience OR
- First Class PG in relevant discipline with 11 years of experience OR
- PG in Engineering/Technology or equivalent degree with 9 years of experience
Relevant Disciplines: Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communications, Telecommunications, Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Applications
Experience: At least 3 years in relevant technical cum administrative role
Skills Required: Deep experience in CMMI implementations, strong knowledge of quality and process improvement models within a high-technology R&D organization.
