Regional Research Institute of Unani Medicine (RRIUM), Silchar, under the Central Council for Research in Unani Medicine (CCRUM), Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, has invited eligible candidates for a Walk-in Interview for engagement of one Project Assistant on a purely temporary and contractual basis.

The engagement is under a CCRUM-funded IMR Project entitled: "Formulation and Characterization of a Novel Unani Phytosome Loaded with Withania somnifera and Capparis spinosa Extracts, and Evaluation of its In-vitro Antiviral Activity Against HPV Causing Cervical Cancer."

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification

• M.Sc. in Life Sciences from a recognized University.
• M.Pharm / Pharmacy from a recognized University.

Desirable Qualification

1. Candidates with Ph.D. in Life Sciences or candidates who have submitted Ph.D. in Life Sciences.
2. Knowledge in Phytochemistry and Computational Drug Designing.
3. Publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus/Web of Science.
