Contract Amount and Benefits
- Monthly Contract Amount: Last Pay & Allowances minus pension before commutation plus relief, or Rs. 25,000/- per month (whichever is lower).
- Non-Pensioner: Rs. 25,000/- per month.
- Additional Allowance: Rs. 1,000/- per month for conveyance including mobile.
- No additional benefits or reimbursements applicable.
- Leave Entitlement: 15 days per year (maximum 2 per month).
Employment Type
Contract Basis for one year. Renewal may be possible at the Bank’s discretion based on performance appraisal and compliance with extant rules.

Age Limit
Candidate should be above 45 years and less than 65 years of age with good health.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Computer literacy is desirable (MS Office, Internet, typing in local language).
- Excellent communication skills in the local language are essential.
Experience and Other Requirements
- Retired/VRS opted Bank Officials of Scale I & above of Nationalized Banks including SBI and RRBs are preferred.
- Ex-Servicemen or non-bank employees (e.g., Government School Teachers) with banking knowledge and financial services knowledge, along with IIBF certification, are eligible.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as an officer or permanent employee is required.
- Applicant should have an unblemished service record and provide a service certificate from the previous employer.
- Candidates should be residents of the same state, preferably from Coochbehar or nearby districts.
