Salary and Allowances

The monthly remuneration and allowances payable to Business Correspondent Supervisors (Category B) are detailed below:

Eligibility Criteria

Young Candidates

Minimum Qualification: Graduate with computer knowledge including MS Office, email, and Internet usage.
Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications such as M.Sc (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA.
Age between 21 and 45 years at the time of appointment.
Maximum age for continuation in service is 60 years.

Retired Bank Employees

Retired Officers (including voluntarily retired) from any bank, including Central Bank of India (PSU/RRB/Private/Co-operative Banks), up to the rank of Senior Manager or equivalent.
Retired clerks of Central Bank of India with JAIIB qualification and a good track record.
Maximum entry age is 64 years, with a maximum continuation age of 65 years.

Age Limit

Young Candidates: 21 to 45 years (maximum continuation age 60 years)
Retired Bank Employees: Entry up to 64 years, continuation up to 65 years
