Eligibility Criteria

Age Criteria

Age (as on 01.11.2025): Candidate must be between 22 to 40 years with sound health.

Educational Qualification

Essential: Candidate must be a matriculate (10th pass).

Experience / Other Requirements

Ability to read and write the local language (preferred).

Contract Terms & Renewal Conditions

The appointment will be on a contractual basis for one year. Renewal may be considered at the sole discretion of the bank based on performance and policy guidelines.

Submission of performance appraisal to the Regional Manager one month before contract expiry.
Renewal depends on the bank's performance parameters and achieving minimum “B” grade of RSETI Centre as per Government of India norms.

Salary & Leave Structure

Salary Details

Monthly Salary: Rs. 14,000 (Fixed)

Leave Entitlement

15 days leave per year
Maximum 02 days leave per month

Job Profile / Duties

The Attendant is expected to assist in the day-to-day functioning of the RSETI Centre and support the staff, Director, and faculty members.

Perform subordinate tasks to assist Director and staff for smooth operations.
Upkeep and maintenance of premises including office, classrooms, dormitory, bathrooms, filing cabinets, and visitors lounge.
Filing documents as per instructions of office staff or Director.
Visiting bank branches for routine tasks such as passbook updating, etc.
Any other work assigned by the Director from time to time.

Selection Process

Eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview. The bank’s decision regarding selection shall be final.
