Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

22 to 40 years with sound health.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in any of the following disciplines: MSW, MA in Rural Development, MA in Sociology, MA in Psychology, B.Sc. (Agriculture), B.A. with B.Ed., etc.
• Shall have a flair for teaching with computer knowledge.
• Desirable: Knowledge in basic accounts and book-keeping.

Experience / Other Eligibility Criteria

• Should be well conversant with the local language.
• Should be a resident of the same State, preferably from the same or nearby district, or residing at the headquarter of the RSETI Centre.

Contract Details

• Contract Period: One year (renewable at the discretion of the Society/Trust based on satisfactory performance).
• Monthly Pay: ₹20,000 (Fixed).
• Leave Entitlement: 15 days leave per year with a maximum of 2 days per month.
• Other Allowances: No additional allowances, benefits, or facilities are admissible.

Selection Process

Eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview. The decision of the Society/Trust in this regard shall be final.

Job Profile

The Office Assistant will assist the Director of RSETI in conducting training and awareness programmes, generation and selection of applications and candidates, preparation of the annual action plan, logistics for training programmes, handling sessions, preparation of notes, and other related activities of the centre.
