Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

22 to 40 years with sound health.

Educational Qualification

Graduate/Post-Graduate in any of the following disciplines: MSW, MA in Rural Development, MA in Sociology, MA in Psychology, B.Sc. (Agriculture), B.A. with B.Ed., etc.
Shall have a flair for teaching with computer knowledge.
Desirable: Knowledge in basic accounts and book-keeping.

Experience / Other Eligibility Criteria

Should be well conversant with the local language.
Should be a resident of the same State, preferably from the same or nearby district, or residing at the headquarter of the RSETI Centre.

Contract Details

Contract Period: One year (renewable at the discretion of the Society/Trust based on satisfactory performance).
Monthly Pay: ₹20,000 (Fixed).
Leave Entitlement: 15 days leave per year with a maximum of 2 days per month.
Other Allowances: No additional allowances, benefits, or facilities are admissible.

Selection Process

Eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview. The decision of the Society/Trust in this regard shall be final.
