Eligibility Criteria

Research Associate (II)

Essential Qualification

• PhD in Chemistry, Material Sciences or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• OR M.Pharm with three years of research, design and development experience.
• Candidates must have at least three research papers published in SCI indexed journals with high impact factor.

Desirable Qualification

• Higher qualification in a relevant subject.
• Experience in advanced instrumentation such as HPLC, HPTLC, LC-MS, ICP-OES, XRD, SEM-EDAX etc.
• Ability in drafting and editing scientific documents, articles, and technical reports.

Research Associate (I)

Essential Qualification

• MD in Rasashastra.
• OR PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• OR M.Pharm / M.Pharma (Ayu) with three years research and development experience.
• Candidate must have at least one research paper published in SCI indexed journal with high impact factor.

Desirable Qualification

• Higher qualification in the relevant subject.
• Industry skills related to Rasashastra or materials such as metals and minerals for classical mineral formulations.
• Experience in advanced instrumentation including HPLC, HPTLC, LC-MS, ICP-OES, XRD, SEM-EDAX.
• Experience in drafting and editing scientific articles and technical reports.

Senior Project Associate

Essential Qualification

• Master’s Degree in Natural Sciences from a recognized university with four years experience in research and development.
• OR M.Pharm or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or institution.
• OR Master’s Degree in Natural Sciences with NET/CSIR/GATE/GPAT qualification and two years research and development experience.

Desirable Qualification

• Higher qualification in relevant discipline.
• Experience working with advanced scientific instrumentation including HPLC, HPTLC, LC-MS, ICP-OES, XRD and SEM-EDAX.
• Experience in scientific documentation, editing technical reports and articles.

Project Technical Support I

Essential Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Sciences with one year experience in relevant subject preferably in Ayurveda Pharmacy.
• OR 10+2 with Science background and three years experience in research and development field preferably in Ayurveda Pharmacy.
• OR 10th pass with Diploma (MLT/DMLT/ITI or equivalent) and two years experience in relevant subject or field preferably in Ayurveda Pharmacy.

Desirable Qualification

• Experience in Ayurveda pharmacy formulation preparation.
• Higher qualification in relevant subject.
• Experience working with instruments used in Ayush pharmacy and quality control.
• Prior experience in Ayush pharmacy, laboratory or office support work.
• Candidate having driving license of Heavy Motor Vehicle will be preferred.

• Candidates must attend the walk-in interview at Central Ayurveda Research Institute, Jhansi.
• Applicants should download the prescribed application form from the official CCRAS website.
• The filled application form along with required documents should be brought at the time of interview.

General Terms and Conditions

• The engagement is purely on contractual basis and will be co-terminus with the project duration.
• No claim for continuation or regular appointment will be entertained.
• Age eligibility will be determined as on 01 January 2026.
• Age relaxation for reserved categories will be applicable as per Government of India rules.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
