Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a Post Graduate Degree in Biological Sciences, including integrated PG degrees, as per ICMR norms.
Desirable Qualification
Candidates should have a PhD degree in any field of Biological Sciences with a research publication.
Required Experience and Job Description
- Experience in molecular biology is required.
- Experience in CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing is required.
- Experience in epigenetics, specifically ChIP-seq and DNA methylation profiling, is required.
- Handling of mammalian cell lines is required.
- Advanced cell culture techniques are required.
- Establishment and maintenance of patient-derived organoids is required.
- Candidates with experience in bioinformatics, Whole Exome Sequencing data analysis, drug-sensitivity assays, and processing clinical tumour samples are encouraged to apply.
