Educational Qualifications / Eligibility Criteria

• PhD / MD / MS / MDS or equivalent degree, OR having 3 years of research, teaching, and design & development experience after MVSc / M.Pharm / ME / M.Tech.
• Candidate must have at least one research paper published in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
• Candidates with experience in analysis of antigen-specific T cells, single-cell multi-omics experiments, and data analysis will be preferred.
• The candidate must be able to perform both wet lab experiments and bioinformatic analysis.
• Candidates who have completed their viva-voce examination are eligible to apply.

Job Description

• Perform single-cell RNAseq experiments and analysis.
• Conduct bulk transcriptome analysis, ATACseq experiment and analysis, and CUT&RUN experiments.
• Carry out antigen-specific T cell experiments.
• Develop and write custom R codes for data analysis.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The appointment is purely temporary and on a contract basis for one year or duration of the project, whichever is shorter.
2. No hostel or housing facility will be provided by the institute.
3. Applicants should clearly mention their category (SC/ST/OBC/PH) and attach documentary proof of the same.
4. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview, if called for.
5. Candidates must send a complete Curriculum Vitae (CV) along with names of three referees. The CV should contain details of experimental expertise and list of publications.
6. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
7. Interviews may be conducted either in offline or online mode.
