Designation

The Corporation invites applications for the post of Management Trainee in various engineering and professional disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech./P.G. Degree/P.G. Diploma as applicable in the respective discipline from UGC/AIU recognized University/Deemed University or AICTE approved Autonomous Institution.
• Minimum 60% marks for General/EWS/OBC candidates and 55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
• For Finance and Accounts discipline, candidates must have passed CA (Final) or ICWA (Final) from a recognized institute.
• Reference Date for Qualification & Age: 01.11.2025

Age Limit

Reservation Details

Reservation for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS/PwBD categories shall be as per Government of India directives. OBC (NCL) candidates must submit the latest certificate issued in the current financial year. PwBD categories allowed include Orthopaedically Handicapped (OH), Partially Blind (PB), and Partially Deaf (PD).

Selection Process

The selection process will comprise two stages:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT) – Weightage: 85%
2. Personal Interview – Weightage: 15%

Separate merit lists will be drawn for UR/SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD categories based on combined marks of CBT and Interview. Candidates must qualify with at least 50% marks in each stage. The ratio for interview shortlisting will be 1:5 (five candidates per post).

Training Period, Stipend, and Facilities

• Training Period: One year
• Stipend: 75% of Basic + DA in the scale of ₹16,400 – 3% – ₹40,500 per month (pre-revised). Balance 25% will be released in four quarterly installments upon successful completion of the training year.
• Facilities during Training: Free hostel accommodation and medical facilities for self only, available at BVFCL Hospital, Namrup. Coverage under BVFCL Group Medical Insurance is provided for self only.

Post-Training Absorption

Upon successful completion of one-year training, candidates will be absorbed as Engineers & equivalent (E-1 level) in the respective disciplines, in the pay scale of ₹16,400 – 3% – ₹40,500. Other benefits such as Provident Fund, Gratuity, EDLI, Group Personal Accident Insurance, and medical benefits will be applicable as per company rules.

Bond and Service Agreement

• Bond Amount: ₹2,00,000/- (General category) and ₹50,000/- (SC/ST/PwBD candidates)
• Minimum Service Period: Three years after completion of training

Medical Examination

Before joining, selected candidates must undergo a medical examination conducted by the Corporation’s Medical Officer at BVFCL Hospital, Namrup. Appointment will be cancelled if the candidate is found medically unfit by the Company’s Medical Board.

Application Fee

• General/EWS/OBC (NCL): ₹500/- (non-refundable) + applicable bank charges
• SC/ST/PwBD: Exempted from payment of application fee
• The fee can be paid through Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI using the online payment gateway. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• Canvassing in any form will lead to cancellation of candidature.
• The court of jurisdiction for any dispute shall be Dibrugarh (Assam) only.
