Additional Benefits
- Additional Rs. 12,000/- per year towards insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges and footwear allowance.
- Area Allowance at 10% of consolidated remuneration for candidates posted outside Bengaluru Unit.
- Lunch Allowance of Rs. 150/- per day for official duty outside factory premises for 3 hours or more.
- TA/DA and hotel accommodation as per company travel rules.
- Local conveyance for official duties as applicable to Bengaluru Unit.
Insurance Requirement
- Medical Insurance Cover of Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum is mandatory.
- Life Insurance Cover of Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum is mandatory.
Candidates completing 4 years of overall tenure will receive a retention bonus of Rs. 1,00,000/-.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a 4-year B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc Engineering degree with Pass Class from a recognized University or Institution.

Selection Process
Selection will be conducted through Written Test followed by Interview.

Job Responsibilities
- Work in close coordination with customer at site and Strategic Communication SBU customer support team.
- Provide onsite support for identification and rectification of faults.
- Carry out preventive maintenance activities.
- Provide logistics support.
- Support deployment and trials of mobile communication systems.
- Handle maintenance and movement of spare parts at project sites.
- Maintain documentation and records.
- Coordinate with OEMs and service providers.
