Location Details

Employment Type

Fixed Tenure Basis for 15 years. The engagement will be reviewed every 5 years and may be extended solely based on individual performance and company requirements. Tenure ends on completion of 15 years or upon reaching superannuation age of 60 years, whichever is earlier.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹30,000 – 1,20,000 (E-I Grade).

The remuneration package includes:

• Basic Pay
• Dearness Allowance (DA)

• Perquisites at 35% of annual basic pay
• Medical reimbursement

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering OR equivalent
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR equivalent

Experience Requirement

Candidates must have 15 years of service in the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force and should have retired or be retiring shortly in the rank of:

• JCO – Junior Commissioned Officer

Age Limit (as on 01.12.2025)

Selection Process

1. Written Test: Candidates who qualify will be shortlisted in a 1:7 ratio for the next stage.
2. Interview: Conducted only for those who clear the written test.

• Caste certificate (OBC-NCL issued on or after 01.12.2024 / SC / ST)
• NOC from employer (if serving in Govt./PSU)
