Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university (mandatory). Preference to PG in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology, Social Work.
• Language Proficiency: Should be well-conversant with the local language.
• Computer Knowledge: Required.
• Banking & Financial Knowledge: Knowledge in Banking, Insurance, Investment, Pension, Law, and Finance.
• Communication & Team Skills: Required.

Experience (Any One of the Following)

• Ex-banker (Officer Cadre) with at least 5 years of experience in nationalized bank/RRB/private bank.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or related fields, NBFCs, or financial institutions.
• Business Correspondent / BC-coordinator with at least 5 years of experience.
• Ex-RSETI Director (min. 3 years) or Faculty (min. 5 years).

Age Limit

• Maximum Age (as on 16.08.2025): 64 years
• Maximum Age for Contract Renewal: 65 years

Resident Requirement

• Candidate must be a resident of Gujarat.
• Preference to natives of Kutch District.

Selection Process

• Selection will be based on a personal interview only.
• Shortlisting for interview does not guarantee selection.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Day-to-day FLC operations as per RBI guidelines.
2. Maintain independent status; avoid promotional activities.
3. Provide free counseling and debt management services.
4. Conduct financial literacy sessions and digital banking camps.
5. Maintain detailed beneficiary registers and submit reports.
6. Assist distressed borrowers; prevent mis-selling.
7. Educate about government schemes (PMJDY, APY, PMSBY, PMJBY, etc.).

Leave Policy

• Casual Leave: 1 day per completed month (max 12 days per year).
• Sick Leave: 15 days (pro-rata basis).

Contract Terms

• The contract is purely temporary.
• No claim for regular appointment.
• Termination clause: 1 month notice or salary in lieu (either party).
• Medical fitness certificate required at the time of joining.
