Bank of Baroda, through Baroda Swarojgar Vikas Sansthan (BSVS) Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI), has released a detailed recruitment notification for the post of Financial Literacy Counsellor (FLC) on a contractual basis at BSVS RSETI Kutch – Bhuj. Salary and Remuneration
- Monthly Consolidated Salary: ₹25,000/-
- Conveyance Allowance: Reimbursement up to ₹5,000/- per month (maximum)

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Preference will be given to candidates having Post Graduation in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Must be well conversant with the local language.
- Should possess flair for teaching and sound computer knowledge.
- Must have sound knowledge of Banking, Insurance, Investment, Pension, Law, and Finance.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills are required.
Experience Requirements
- Ex-banker (Officer Cadre) with minimum 5 years of experience in any Nationalized Bank, RRB, or Private Bank, OR
- Minimum 5 years experience in Banking, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions, OR
- Business Correspondent / BC Coordinator with minimum 5 years experience, OR
- Ex-RSETI Director with minimum 3 years experience or Faculty with minimum 5 years experience.
Residency Requirement
- Candidate must be a resident of Gujarat.
- Preference shall be given to natives of Kutch District.
Age Limit
Maximum Age: 64 years as on 10 January 2026

Selection Process
- Selection will be based solely on Interview.
Contract Period and Leave Details
- Initial contract period will be for 12 months.
- Contract may be renewed annually based on satisfactory performance.
- Each extension will be for 12 months or until attaining the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
- Casual Leave: 1 day per completed month, maximum 12 days during the contract period.
- Sick Leave: 15 days full pay for the contract period, credited on pro-rata basis.
