Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduation in any discipline OR professional degree (CA, Cost Accountant, Engineer, Doctor) from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 1-year post-qualification as Officer in Scheduled Commercial Bank or RRB. NBFC, Co-operative Bank, Fintech experience is not valid.
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking the local language of the applied state.

Selection Process

1. Online Test – 120 questions, 120 marks, 120 minutes

   • Reasoning & Quant (30)
   Cut-off: 40% (Gen/EWS), 35% (Others). Negative marking: 0.25 per wrong answer.

Posting and Transfer Rules

• Initial posting will be in the state applied for.
• Candidate must serve minimum 12 years in that state or until promoted to SMGS-IV.
• Post SMGS-IV, candidate may be transferred anywhere in India as per bank policy.

Probation Period

Service Bond

• Minimum service commitment: 3 years
• If resigned early, the candidate must pay ₹5,00,000 + applicable taxes

Credit Score Requirement

• Minimum CIBIL score: 680
• No loan defaults or adverse credit history allowed

Other Important Conditions
