Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduation in any discipline OR professional degree (CA, Cost Accountant, Engineer, Doctor) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 1-year post-qualification as Officer in Scheduled Commercial Bank or RRB. NBFC, Co-operative Bank, Fintech experience is not valid.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking the local language of the applied state.

Probation Period
All selected candidates will be on a probation period of 1 year from the date of joining.
Service Bond

- If resigned early, the candidate must pay ₹5,00,000 + applicable taxes
Credit Score Requirement
- Minimum CIBIL score: 680
- No loan defaults or adverse credit history allowed
Other Important Conditions
