Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Educational Qualification: 10th Standard (SSC/Matriculation)
• Language Requirement: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the local language of the respective State/UT
• Nationality/Citizenship:
  • Citizen of India
  • Subject of Nepal or Bhutan
  • Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement
  • Person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, and certain East African countries

  * Certificate of eligibility from Government of India required for non-citizens.

Pay Scale and Allowances

Starting Basic Pay: ₹19,500

Pay Structure (Progressive):

• ₹19,500 – ₹665 – ₹22,160
• ₹830 – ₹26,310
• ₹990 – ₹30,270
• ₹1170 – ₹33,780
• ₹1345 – ₹37,815

In addition to basic pay, employees are eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, Special Allowances, Medical Insurance, Pension Scheme, Loans (Housing, Conveyance), and other staff benefits as per industry norms and bipartite settlement.

Job Responsibilities

The duties include all routine tasks of the subordinate cadre staff and other responsibilities as per the Bi-Partite Settlement (amended from time to time).

Selection Process

• Initial shortlisting (provisional) based on eligibility criteria
• Document verification as and when called by the Bank
• Final appointment only after verification of original documents

• As per Government of India guidelines

• No requests for change of category will be entertained at any stage
