Educational Qualification

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/AICTE-approved institution.

Preferred: Post Graduate Diploma or MBA in any discipline.

Complaint Manager	10 years total; 5 years in complaint handling
Process Manager	5 years total; 2 years in process management functions
Vendor Manager	5 years; 2 years in vendor management activities
Floor Manager	5 years; 2 years in call-center customer-facing operations

Additional Eligibility Conditions

CIBIL Score of 680 or above at the time of joining is mandatory.
Candidates with loan defaults or adverse credit reports will be considered ineligible.

Selection Process
