Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
- MBA / PGDM (Finance or related fields preferred/required)
- CA / CMA / CFA acceptable for several positions
- Minimum course duration: 1–2 years depending on post
Experience Requirements
- VP: Minimum 15 years (8 years in corporate credit/relationship roles)
- DVP: Minimum 12 years (5 years relevant exposure)
- AVP II: Minimum 8 years (3–5 years relevant experience)
- AVP I: Minimum 5 years (2–3 years relevant exposure)
- Experience less than 6 months not considered
