Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University
- Preferred: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management
- Certifications like NISM/IRDA are desirable
Work Experience
- Group Head: Minimum 10 years experience in Wealth Management/Retail Banking/Investments
- Territory Head: Minimum 6 years experience in Relationship Management
- Senior Relationship Manager: Minimum 3 years experience
- Wealth Strategist: Minimum 3 years experience in Investment/Insurance
