Educational Qualification
- Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline from a University / Institution recognized by the Government of India or approved regulatory bodies.
- Preferred: Full-time MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Finance.
Post Qualification Work Experience
- Assistant Vice President – Minimum 5 years experience in Asset Sales with a Bank / NBFC / Financial Institution in India.
- Deputy Manager – Minimum 3 years experience in Asset Sales with a Bank / NBFC / Financial Institution in India.
- Assistant Manager – Minimum 2 years experience in Asset Sales with a Bank / NBFC / Financial Institution in India.
- Experience in MSME loan products will be given preference.

Selection Process

Final selection will be based on the combined performance in the selection stages as decided by the Bank. Minimum qualifying marks in interview are 60% for Unreserved category and 55% for Reserved categories.
