Preferred Qualification
- MBA / PGDM (Finance / Marketing / Sales / Banking)
- CA / CFA / CMA (for Credit Analyst posts)
Post-wise Experience Requirement
- Senior Manager – MSME Relationship: Minimum 8 years banking experience, including 4 years in credit processing or loan sales
- Senior Manager – Credit Analyst: Minimum 6 years credit processing experience OR 6 years as Analyst in RBI-approved rating agencies (CA/CMA candidates: 5 years)
- Manager – Credit Analyst: Minimum 3 years relevant experience (CA/CMA candidates: 2 years)
