Eligibility Criteria
For Retired Bank Employees
- Retired Officers (including voluntarily retired) of any bank (PSU/RRB/Private/Co-operative) up to the rank of Chief Manager / equivalent.
- Retired clerks and equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with good track record.
- All applicants should have at least 3 years of rural banking experience.
- Maximum age for continuation: 65 years.
For Other Candidates
- Minimum qualification: Graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet etc.).
- Preferred qualification: M.Sc (IT), BE (IT), MCA, MBA.
- Age group at appointment: 21–45 years.
- Maximum age for continuation: 65 years.

Selection Process
- Selection will be held through an interview process by a committee headed by the Regional Head.
- Committee members include the Regional Head and the Chief Manager/Officer in-charge of Financial Inclusion.
- Based on the committee’s recommendations, the Regional Head will approve the appointment or renewal of the contract.
- Performance will be reviewed monthly and annually before renewal.
Other Important Information
- Due diligence with verification of KYC, CIBIL score, and service records will be carried out.
- Police verification will be conducted for selected candidates.
- Applicants should be willing to visit villages in the district periodically.
- Applicants should have accommodation within the district.
- IIBF BC Certification must be obtained within 2 months of joining (except retired staff with JAIIB/CAIIB).
- Bank will reimburse the certification fee one time.
- Deductions will apply if certification is not completed: ₹1000/month from 3rd to 6th month, ₹2000/month from 7th to 12th month.
- If not completed within 12 months, the contract will not be renewed.
- BC Coordinator will act as a Brand Ambassador of the Bank, provided with a Badge and training.
- Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days’ notice. In case of misconduct, termination will be immediate.
