Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed HSC, Senior Secondary, Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination, Intermediate, or any equivalent examination.
• Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
• Equivalent CGPA shall be converted into percentage according to the conversion norms of the concerned university or institution.

Typing Qualification

• Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute in English on a computer is desirable.

Computer Knowledge

• Proficiency in computer operations is essential.
• Knowledge of Windows operating system is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Knowledge of related computer applications is required.

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted and empanelled through the prescribed selection process. The selection procedure consists of the following stages:

Steps to Apply

1. Download the prescribed application form from any of the official websites.
2. Fill in all the required details carefully.
3. Attach passport-size photograph.
4. Attach copies of educational qualification certificates and mark sheets.
5. Attach typing qualification certificates and experience certificates, if available.
6. Submit complete bio-data containing age, qualification, experience, address for correspondence, contact number, and email address.
7. Carry original certificates on the scheduled day of the Typing Test and Skill Test.

General Instructions

1. Candidates must submit applications along with complete bio-data, including age, qualifications, experience, correspondence address, contact numbers, email ID, and passport-size photograph.
2. A set of attested photocopies of mark sheets relating to HSC, Senior Secondary, Higher Secondary, Intermediate, Typing Test, and equivalent qualifications must be attached.
3. Incomplete applications and applications submitted without photocopies of mark sheets required for calculating the percentage of marks will be rejected.
4. Applications submitted through email will not be considered.
5. If the number of applications is high, the eligibility criteria and cutoff percentage will be decided solely by AEC Schools, Hyderabad.
6. No communication regarding cutoff criteria will be entertained.
7. No TA or DA will be admissible for appearing in the Typing Test and Skill Test.
8. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
9. No correspondence related to the advertisement, candidate shortlisting, panel preparation, or contractual appointment will be entertained.
10. Candidates are advised not to enquire telephonically regarding the recruitment process, results, or panel status and should regularly visit the official website.
11. In case of any discrepancy between the Hindi and English versions of the notification, the English version shall be treated as final.
